Hi, I’m Kirsten, an NZIPP-accredited sports, event, and personal branding photographer based in Auckland, New Zealand. My work ranges from capturing the adrenaline and raw emotion of high-energy sports events to creating impactful personal branding photographs and videos for businesses and individuals who want to stand out. Whether trackside at BMX or Superbike events, navigating muddy downhill courses, or working in a professional studio setting, I focus on telling strong visual stories. My event photography is documentary in style, while my personal branding work centres on connection, helping clients feel relaxed and confident in front of the camera.

I entered the photography industry at 18 and have dedicated my life to storytelling through still photography. My work spans family, commercial, and personal projects across genres including portraiture, corporate, beauty, fashion, weddings, documentary, and events such as festivals and cultural gatherings. Obsessed with creating compelling imagery, I combine technical expertise, a creative eye, and people skills to capture stories with passion and flair. My work has featured in magazines, books, CDs, and corporate publications, and I’ve photographed celebrities, artists, and musicians. An NZIPP double Master (Fellow) and Auckland Chairman, I also offer fine art through Toi Toi Design.

Judy's photography has an International audience with two global licensed brands and her photography adorning a wide array of products, including a large plush toy range inspired from her photography of animals.

Having photographed professionally for over thirty years Judy has this passion for capturing both people and animals, add a classic car into this mix then she is extra happy!

Award-winning Photographer Gino Demeer has been photographing professionally since 2005 and brings a wealth of experience and creativity to every shoot. Photography has taken Gino across the world and throughout New Zealand. Working with some of the biggest brands around the country like Fisher & Paykel, The Warehouse Group, Auckland City Council, Tag Heuer, Nestlé, Canon, Master Builders, L'Oréal, Deloitte, KPMG etc.

Gerard Emery is an Auckland-based landscape and travel photographer with a deep appreciation for natural environments and visual storytelling. Alongside his photographic practice, Gerard is the Managing Director of CR Kennedy New Zealand, where he has been a respected leader within the imaging and photographic industry for over 20 years. His extensive industry experience informs his photography, combining technical expertise with a strong creative eye. Through his landscape and travel work, Gerard captures a sense of place, light, and scale, reflecting both his passion for photography and his long-standing commitment to supporting and advancing the photographic profession in New Zealand.

I’m Sarahlee, the photographer behind Sarahlee Studio in Northland. What I do goes far beyond taking photos – I create a guided, confidence-building experience for people who don’t feel “photogenic” or think they need to be ready first. You don’t. I specialise in women, families, and multi-generational portraits, bringing everything together for you – styling guidance, a calm, unhurried shoot, and in-person viewing and ordering. I’m known for making people feel at ease quickly and for portraits that feel honest, elegant, and deeply personal. My work has been nationally recognised, but my real focus is creating photographs that feel like you; and become more valuable with time.

Mahlon is as much a family historian as he is a portraitist, with a talent for award winning images that support family connections.  Mahlon has a gift for capturing a moment in time and creating an heirloom with visual and emotional impact.

Rachael Smith is the creative force behind Rāhera Creative NZ, an Auckland-based photographic artist with a passion for capturing beauty in the everyday and natural world. She has lived and worked internationally, exploring over 30 countries, and brings a global perspective to her evocative landscape, travel, and fine art photography. Rachael holds an MFA in Contemporary Art and is an NZIPP Accredited Professional Photographer and Master of Photography with Distinction, as well as an Ilford Master and Certified Printer, personally producing archival fine art prints. She also shares her expertise through photography and printing workshops across New Zealand.

My interest in creating images and capturing moments began at a young age, driven by curiosity about how cameras worked and the importance photographs held for people. A defining moment in my photography journey came through my work as a Police Constable with the New Zealand Police, where I received extensive training as a forensic photographer. This role provided hands-on experience across New Zealand, working in demanding environments ranging from nighttime incidents and crime scenes to detailed studio-based work. These experiences shaped my ability to capture high-quality, accurate imagery under pressure, bringing a unique perspective to my photographic practice today.

Stuart Riddell is an award-winning photographer who specialises in creating beautiful portraits and cultural images of families and children, capturing their uniqueness and natural beauty. He has created many award winning portraits that have won both national and international acclaim. He has received major international awards in the USA, Australia and of course New Zealand. A far cry from his childhood dream to become an electrical engineer, which he did in the 1980’s, but soon after, sought a new vocation as a portrait photographer – a great decision with his love and passion for creating beautiful images of families and children.
